The museum is located 5 minutes from Mulhouse town centre the A36 motorway, 15 minutes from "l’Écomusée d’Alsace", 20 minutes from Colmar and Bâle, 60 minutes from Strasbourg.
- Via the A35/A36 motorways, take the "Mulhouse Centre" exit.
- From central Mulhouse take bus number 17
- From the railway station (SNCF) take bus number 4.
Dogs are not allowed

The museum has a manned car park that opens 30 minutes before the museum and remains open for 30 minutes after its close.

- with a museum lecturer;
